New owners had just taken over this business and wished to take it into another direction with huge expansion plans. Problem was so many ideas with no quantification or ability to asses capability to achieve the results they were after we were called in to create the blueprint for the business including planning, goal identification and strategy development. A large amount of time was also spent identifying new markets and competitor analysis for current and new products.
What We Did

As part of this process we also broke down many of the areas into priorities and created an ongoing 90 days plans for the owners to implement areas of the plan in a succinct and efficient way with measures incorporated to asses progress.
